At TT Brand LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns:
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (e.g., racquets must not have been played with, and apparel must have tags). It must also be in its original packaging.
Items exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods (like sports nutrition or supplements).
Personal/sanitary items (like used sweatbands or certain compression gear).
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, items bought on sale are final sale.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t seen your refund yet:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (it can take a bit for the refund to officially post).
Contact your bank to see if there is a pending processing time.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get you sorted.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
If it wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go back to them.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with the correct shipping address.
Please note:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
